Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I value our time together and ask that we both prioritise and respect each other throughout our working relationship, its a big part of our lives!

 

Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum notice period of 24 hours for cancellations.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the notice period will incur a 100% billable fee.

Cancellation Exceptions: Extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events may be considered, provided appropriate evidence.

Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for rescheduling within 2 days of the original meeting.

Rescheduling Fee: Meetings rescheduled within the notice period may incur a 50% billable fee.

Arrival Time: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled meetings.

Grace Period: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for lateness, after which the cancellation fee applies.

No Show: Clients who fail to arrive within the grace period without prior notification may be considered as "no-shows" and subject to cancellation fees and will not be prioritised in the future.
